My Suggestion: When a player reaches Chief in the Ventura Highway Patrol (VHP) or Commander in the Hayward County Sheriff’s Department, they should automatically unlock access to the SBI team.
This would allow players to progress and unlock SBI by dedicating time and effort to the departments they actually enjoy, rather than having to restart and grind through another department just to reach the same goal. For example, someone who enjoys VHP could focus on ranking up there instead of needing to redo all the work within the Florence City Police Department to unlock SBI access.
Why This Would Improve the Game: This change would make the ranking and progression system more rewarding and fair for dedicated players. It recognizes commitment to any department equally, instead of restricting SBI access to a specific one
