Apparently I was being chased. I wasn't aware as I didn't look behind me, but according to that girl, she said she'd been chasing me for a while. I was wearing headphones, and probably didn't hear the sirens as there are 15 other sirens also going off. They cuff rushed me.
After the video, I was talking about reporting them. They said something like "Okay." No witnesses.
