What Happened? On the day I was banned, November 6, I was on the HCSD team in a smaller server. In this smaller server, there were several incidents of mass random deathmatching with no moderators ingame, leaving law enforcement at the mercy of four to five players who had no intent of roleplaying but simply killing. During this time, I, acting in capacity as commander, issued a BOLO for the vehicle in the submitted clip (2013 ford explorer) for the murder of several law enforcement officers. The subject driving the vehicle was a perpetrator. Upon immediate sighting of the BOLO vehicle, I attempted an maneuver to disable the suspect vehicle and prevent his elusion from justice.
Of course, I immediately cuffed the individual as to prevent him from randomly deathmatching me (as he had attempted with other LE and myself before). In the clip submitted to staff, no context was given other than me ramming the individual's vehicle as he was "peacefully" driving and cuffing him. I was glitched as well, and feared that allowing the individual to roam near me would result in my death. I have another clip showing this individual in a scene where he was mass deathmatching law enforcement for existing within his area along with his two associates, before being shot to death by myself and SBI.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned because I believe the ban was issued without additional context. Despite being upside down and glitched, I only cuffed the suspect to prevent what I thought would result in another instance of deathmatching. While my actions may have been perceived as aggressive or "abusive", I was acting entirely to prevent further mass casualty incidents in that server and protect other law enforcement officers, which the reporting individual and his friends (or associates) were mainly targeting. As i've said before, the individual's clip lacks additional context and fails to show prior repetitive deadly attacks against LE. If I am in the wrong, I will accept this and refrain from doing such activities again, but I believe there are several pieces of information missing from the report leading up to my ban and it should be fully reviewed.
