Okay so I was hiding in pitch black and a cop walked over to me at drug sell and he already searched my car and stole the stuff out my trunk and I did have chems on me but he was just went ahead and searched me and my vehicle without my consent is that allowed?

If they have Reasonable Suspicion or Probable Cause, they may investigate the incident further. You being near a know drug spot gives them Reasonable Suspicion to investigate you for potential drug use or supply.
