Location of Incident: Milano Bank.

Detailed Description of Events: After some hard work, I had managed to shoot a firefighters tires out so I could kidnap him. I then took the firefighter to Milano Bank to hold him hostage. I had him do a radio call to tell them we were there, 5 minutes later a Deputy in a marked patrol car wearing a bacon avatar walked through the doors and shot both me and the hostage dead without even saying a word.
