Haven't Heard Back w/ Ticket

I sent a ban appeal like 1-2 weeks ago, and the moderator (pokedigge900) told me that the team was looking into it and would resolve the issue for me. There's no ban reason on when I try to join the game, but I believe my appeal was accepted, just haven't been unbanned or heard back. Wanted to check on this. The ticket has been since locked and I tried DMing him, but no response. User is ChrisFrm4kTS.
