Hello! I hope all is well. I wanted to ask for a permanent ban appeal. I am unsure when this ban took place as it happened earlier this year. I was banned due to a mistake in one of the Discord bot's that has now been shut down due to fraud and illegitimate practices. The bot had mistakenly flagged discord accounts which is why it was taken down. My account is mistakenly flagged which subsequently provided a game ban. I would provide more additional context, however, due to it being almost 10 months ago now I do not have exact dates. The information I have is all what I have. However, I am open to continuing a conversation if there is additional questions needed.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
First and foremost if there is any reconciliation, I will apologize nevertheless if I had done something wrong. However, I am seeking to be unbanned due to being falsely accused by a illegitimate bot. Discord has thus removed the bot from their website and is no longer used by Roblox. Before being banned, I have rarely had minor offenses in Paris, California. You can see my account for those. It was my favorite game and now I know that there is a new one called Ventura. I really want to be able to partake in a community I was deeply involved in. I have matured over the course of the year and I will make sure I will not get even the slightest offense. I want to be a part of the community I had called home. From the friends who I considered family and for the new players that I would meet. It would be amazing to be welcome back. As I mentioned above is that I have not done anything wrong, however, I will apologize as a fact of humility as I respect my fellow family here at Mountain Interactive, which is now React studios (which is awesome by the way!).

Ban Appeal Result: Denied

After a thorough review of your case, it has been confirmed that the ban in question was issued by a Corporate Member of React Studios. This type of enforcement is classified as a VTOS (Violation Terms of Service) ban, which is a permanent and non-appealable action.

As such, this appeal cannot be approved or overturned through the standard appeals process. VTOS bans that are reviewed and finalized at the corporate level cannot be reversed by anyone below the rank of individual who issued the enforcement.

We understand your concerns and appreciate the time you took to submit your appeal, but the decision will remain in effect.
