She said i was going 45 in a 40, and gives me an unfair ticket, also detaining me for her safety, its the first ive been pulled over too, this is very unfair and i would like removed and her fired

Detaining for her safety is completely legal and within her rights as an police officer, and it is actually encouraged, due to the recent spike in crime rate.

As for the questionable citation charge - that could be brought up.. Please create an Player Report and use the Member Reports or Delta Member reports Subforum and report this individual. Keep in mind, you will need proof of the whole interaction, as the picture itself does not provide any context.

Isnt the image enought?

No, the image is not enough to prove that her action was, in fact, illegal. And that you were, in fact, not going 10-20 MPH above the legal speed limit.
