November 7Nov 7 Detaining for her safety is completely legal and within her rights as an police officer, and it is actually encouraged, due to the recent spike in crime rate. As for the questionable citation charge - that could be brought up.. Please create an Player Report and use the Member Reports or Delta Member reports Subforum and report this individual. Sunday at 12:20 AM4 days No, the image is not enough to prove that her action was, in fact, illegal. And that you were, in fact, not going 10-20 MPH above the legal speed limit.
