ban appeal/bug

my account got banned a while back (around half a month or so) and when I went back and searched up my moderation log I found I was banned permanently which should not have happened I remember specifically being told by a moderator that the ban will be around 15 days not a perm ban and when I looked at the proof of my ban I found that I cannot access so now I'm completely helpless because not only the proof of my ban is non accessible I cant even remember who banned me so I can request the proof. Please help im actually so confused
