Description Of the Incident: I pinged Victor in a reply to a GIF since it's the same GIF he decided to kick me for. He replied, and then I got a dm from Circle saying I was warned for “IP". The ping was relevant, and I see people pinging Corp+ all the time just to ask them something or to talk to them, yet I'm 99% sure they never get warned.
