Incident Description*:

After I joined the game I was standing in the Florence spawn, when this person run up to me, grabbed and cuffed me. Then arrested me for having "an SBI BOLO out for me". He crashed multiple times without roleplaying it and then didn't attempt to roleplay with me my request of a supervisor or anything.
