What Happened?
I was unaware that it is against in-game rules to place warrants on individuals after switching teams 20 minutes after the initial interaction. A warrant was placed on an individual by myself for abuse of tools and abuse of public office. The reason for the warrant was for arresting me for "disturbing the peace" for using a boom box with no one around on Hawthorne Blvd other than friends. Individual initially cited me, refused to call for SBI or a supervisor, then arrested me when I explained that it is not disturbing the peace if no one is around and the audio is not against server rules, too loud, or inappropriate. The audi being played was a Mongolian prayer. With that information in mind, I waited 20 minutes and remembered that the individual is still in-game and there is a possible roleplay opportunity for SBI. I placed a warrant and patrolled as normal, not interacting with the individual.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I was unaware that it was against NLR to place a warrant on an individual for abuse of tools. I was under the impression that this was allowed as long as the players did not interact with each other in-game after the incident. I believe that the two individuals who were present in my clips were on a power trip and looking to just gain XP. I do apologize for breaking NLR., I was under the wrong impression. I believe that a three-day ban for a first offense is a little harsh as well, especially for attempting to create a roleplay scenario for all involved, as opposed to going through with a staff report for abuse of tools, which I denied to go through with when given the opportunity. Everyone involved in these clips were citing and arresting multiple people throughout the day for "crimes" that do not warrant arrests.
