My brother got banned and is said I am alt

I think there’s been a mistake. My brother got banned for using cheats, but I didn’t do anything and somehow I got banned too. I’m guessing the system thinks I’m him, even though I’m on a completely different device. Please understand this and fix the bug, I really didn’t deserve the ban.
