What Happened? - This sheriff was chasing me in a high speed pursuit then i crashed and died, so he came back and arrested me after i died breaking NLR even admitting to it so when we got to the station he started stalling and wasting time trying to make me LTTAA there was witnesses there aswell they even asked him what was taking him so long, when he was arresting me after the NLR he was surrounded by 5 sheriffs, they all told him hes breaking NLR and left him alone with me so while we are in the station i started talking **** back to him and called him a d***head not knowing that this game follows the TOS very strictly so this guy reported me for VTOS because i told him i was gonna get him fired for breaking NLR, if I never said that he would not have continued with the report.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? - I think I should be unbanned because this is my first time getting banned on this game and i only have been playing for 2 days, i didnt call him a dickhead out of toxicity but because he was being toxic within the gameplay without using cuss words but just having me in cuffs sitting doing nothing for super long, ive learned my lesson and will not let it happen again now that I know this community follows the TOS very strictly, I was not aware of the rules due to this being my third day on this game.
