I Started taking fire from a glitcher who had been glitching all day to get on top of roofs and fire down on LEO, I then returned fire to the building and did not receive any more fire, thinking the suspect was down I then moved my vehicle up by which that point I saw a civilian jump down from the building and I opened fire on him striking him down, I then radioed EMS and they quickly arrived on scene, I then cuffed the man and he stated he had no weapons, with a quick search that proved to be true, we then started taking fire again so I told the HCSD Commander on the scene to release the man because he clearly wasn't our shooter, we then attempted to release him and the suspect was glitched, he could not be grabbed or cuffed by any Law Enforcement so our only option was to reset him, I then opened fire on the glitched suspect in attempt to reset him which failed to be useless due to the fact VHP killed me thinking I was a rogue, I then left the game after being killed by VHP because I had to do something in real life, I then came back and saw I was banned due to the moderator c_hvrz doing an incomplete investigation, he did not review my clips, ask my side of the story or even attempt to contact me, ingame or dms, I was permanently banned and I have my own evidence that states I should be unbanned and the staff member should be punished.
I Feel wrongfully treated and unwrongfully banned.
