What Happened?

I don't really have a date because I have not played MI games for a bit and when I wanted to come back and play Ventura it says I was banned although I haven't even played ANY MI game for 5-8 months probably around a year and it's kind of infuriating that I'm banned from a game I didn't even play. And the ban also applies to Perris. I have played Perris but I have not done any rule breaking actions in that game so I'm just confused.
