What Happened? So I was arrested and then brought to the jail and inside there were like 2 cops (1 was SBI I think) and 2 other EMS people, which I don't even know why they were there in the first place but the arresting officer placed me into a cell and then the 2 cops grab me out of the cell and just start taunting me. You can even see in the clip, and even before the clip, they were just taunting me repeatedly calling me "THUG" and I don't want to make assumptions, but it's more than obvious that they used that word because my character is black. They were just trying to argue with me and were borderline harassing me, and I was just trying to back myself up, so I called the main person who I was arguing with a "monkey," and honestly, it's not even like I was being racist, but that was just the first word that popped up in my head at the time. A few minutes after the clip was recorded, the person dressed up as Santa Claus asked me to brawl him, so I did (and he won) and then after when I respawned, they grabbed me again and then they were taunting me again calling me broke and all those things and then I asked the guy dressed up as Santa Claus how do you make money and he told me does chemicals and then I responded to him by saying "I clipped you saying that you do chemicals and once I'm out I will show SBI." And he responded with something along the lines of "you wanna play that game cause I clipped you saying monkey" and then he called for an admin but like not even a minute later I was released from prison so I didn't even get to speak to the admin or anything like that.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? Honestly, I think the situation was a little weird to begin with, cause all those guys were just in the jail trolling me and messing with me instead of doing their jobs outside the jail, but nonetheless, I think I went a little far calling him a monkey and at second thought that was probably not the best choice of words. The person who I called monkey wasn't the same person who clipped it cause the person I called monkey, in the clip you can see him saying "ironic" lol. But still, that doesn't excuse me calling someone a monkey and I think that was a little far and I can see why I was banned, I think I could've at least been banned for a couple of days rather than a permanent ban. I'm usually not the person to call people monkeys or anything or be racist and when I do like to argue it's always for roleplay and its just banter and I think most people when they talk to me in game they will also see that its just banter and friendly roleplay. But at least for now, this ban can serve as a lesson not to call people monkeys in the future.
