Incident Description*:
Roleplaying as VHP Cadet he was going to random traffic stops and when asked to leave he keeps refusing, he got chased by a FCPD SGT. When SBI got called he LTAAed while mid conversation.
I've previously reported him for RDM and he was VHP trooper again in that incident.
I know he got auto jailed for the LTAA but he is a serious FRPer and LTAA's frequently he needs to be dealt with.
