I may not be able to help you completely as like I said previously, I am not an official community moderator and may not provide the correct resources. Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
