Incident Description:

The moderator was reported to be shooting random civilians and officers from the roof of Strikepoint. I do not have a clip for that. But I do have a clip of the Moderator pulling a .50 Cal sniper out of nowhere and killing a person in their car, as well as them closing a report against themselves. More clips will be attached as replies since they break the 48.83 MB limit.
