Incident description:
was recently in a pursuit of a suspect. When the pursuit came in a 10-50 i took my chance, got on the hood, broke the window and got the suspect out. (Yes, the car glitched while i grabbed her out but thats not my fault and i did NOT know this was gonna happen) The car was going only 5 MPH at the time (but when i grabbed her out, the car was standing still), which is ridicously slow for the warn i got. I got warned for "FRP' for getting on a hood of a vehicle? And i got told to get off because it was "driving" while going only ~5mph. Which once again is really slow and doesnt bring any harm with it in these circumstances. Besides that, i've seen alot of others cops do this, including doing it to me. I have used non-lethal to get the suspect out, and see no reason why there was any FRP. And would like my warn to be removed, and preferably also action taken against this admin.
