So its about a month now I bought a car and I still haven't gotten it can somebody please explain what's going on?

Can you please tell me which game this occurred in?

Without the information I have requested, I am only able to provide a limited response and may not resolve your issue.

For Project Ventura: At this time inserts are not fully supported in Ventura (as far as I am aware)

For Perris: In order to insert cars in Perris, you are required to own a bronze subscription (or higher level) and you will be required to click on the blue circle icon at the bottom left of the screen and it will provide a list of inserts that you have bought and have access to.
