What was the context leading up to the incident? I was driving by the FCPD Station when I see the user doing the inappropriate gesture infront of the office.
What specific actions did the offender take? A very disgusting gesture which will be showed on the clip I will be sending below.

Were there any other witnesses? If so, please list their usernames. Yes there was another FCPD Officer but I did not manage to get their user.
