We had just spiked this guy at RPD gas after a lengthy 10-80. We quickly forced him out of his vehicle, tased him and got him into cuffs. Once we placed him into a deputy's cruiser, the suspect left right as we started to drive. In the clip you can see his hair disappears from the roof.
