Incident Description

I was recently banned by staff members kaireoooo and lqrxb, who acted in an unprofessional and emotional manner. The situation began after I called them out for issuing a false report and for mishandling a situation involving my server. I also removed a manager from my server, which was within my rights and responsibilities.

Shortly after that, I was banned under the claim of being “negative” toward React Studios and for removing management. The decision appeared personal rather than procedural, and there was no fair discussion or proper review process.

I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and inconsistent with staff expectations. It created unnecessary tension and gave the impression that staff were acting out of emotion rather than following established guidelines.

I felt frustrated and disappointed because I’ve tried to uphold fairness and accountability, but instead, I was punished for calling out misconduct.

As Kaireo already mentioned, we do not allow whitelisting. After being informed of this, you chose to retaliate toward Kaireo rather than respect the decision. At that point, he brought the matter to my attention, and I personally confirmed, both here on the forums and in Discord, that whitelisting is not allowed.

Instead of addressing the issue appropriately or reaching out to me directly, you continued to be negative and disrespectful toward Kaireo.
This kind of behavior is not acceptable within React Studios.

You owe Kaireo an apology, and I want to make it clear that we will not tolerate unprofessional or disrespectful conduct toward our Team members.
