I’m submitting a report on Gerald for immaturity, unprofessional behavior, and false actions against MCU.

Gerald has repeatedly acted unprofessional in staff settings, showing immature conduct and making false reports without providing any valid evidence. Recently, he falsely shut down MCU without proper reasoning, discussion, or authorization.

These actions have caused unnecessary confusion, disrupted operations, and damaged the integrity of the staff team. This behavior does not reflect the standards expected of someone in a staff position.
