Hello,

Currently, you aren't required to "obtain" a license. Upon joining the game for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your character name and age/date of birth. You will automatically be granted a license that LEO can request from you. However, if you've previously played other projects released by Mountain Interactive, it'll carry that character data over to the new game(s).
