• I was trying to pull over a Police Recruit for running a stop sign. When he gave me his document, I saw he had an open case for shoting. I underarrested/detained him for having that open case(I could do that, beacuse I had a Probable Cause which was having an open case.). I know he had a weapon so that was also for my safety. I didn't booked him, beacuse I wasn't sure if I can do so. I called SBI (SV didn't came :sob:), he told me that I CAN'T arrest him, so I let him free, I know I made a mistake, trying to arrest him. After that I saw I had a warrant. I called SBI to explain this situation, and they told
