I’d remind them to apologize if needed and give warnings if necessary, based on the community rules.Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:There was a argument between two higher ranks than me but I followed what I been told and gave them warnings and then did it again and again so I got permission to Blacklist them from HICOM and moderation team.How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?I will start with the most important one and end up with the least important one because the most important one could be a REALLY big problem and could get someone Banned if I’m not fast enough which is what we don’t want to happen.What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?Responsibility is the most important value.
