   I've always been driven by a desire to help others and grow as an individual. At the core, my main motivation is to support and protect the community, fostering a positive environment for everyone while actively addressing any challenges that may come up.

   My passion for helping others and continuous self-growth has always been at the heart of what I do. Ultimately, my driving motivation is to nurture and safeguard the community, cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment for all, while proactively tackling any challenges that arise.

Yes, I was in the British army staff team in that picture I was hosting a RGG try-out I was able to kick and ban people I was a moderator because I passed the Trial-moderation team.

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   I’d step in quickly, mute both people to hear their sides, and then let them talk it out respectfully. I’d remind them to apologize if needed and give warnings if necessary, based on the community rules.

5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   There was a argument between two higher ranks than me but I followed what I been told and gave them warnings and then did it again and again so I got permission to Blacklist them from HICOM and moderation team.

6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   I will start with the most important one and end up with the least important one because the most important one could be a REALLY big problem and could get someone Banned if I’m not fast enough which is what we don’t want to happen.

7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   Responsibility is the most important value. Staff members must ensure fairness by never issuing false bans, kicks, or any other actions. It's crucial to always double-check the situation and make sure decisions are based on facts, as maintaining trust and respect in the community is essential.
   How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   I would answer any question they have and replied quickly to show that the staff team is active and amazing, and I would show friendliness and kindness to show that the staff team is friendly and kind.

8. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
   In the future, I aim to grow into a leadership role where I can continue supporting and mentoring new moderators. I want to develop even greater patience and communication skills, while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for everyone. Being part of Mountain Interactive aligns with these goals by providing the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the community.

9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
   My goal is to reach a higher rank where I can mentor new moderators, while becoming more patient and approachable. Mountain Interactive offers the perfect environment to grow these skills and contribute to the community.
