Incident Description*:

Aerisetta commited multiple felony vehicle code violations and attempted to kill me whilst on SBI Team as the Director, which wouldnt allow me to detain her. She then failed to roleplay anything out, not showing any interest to roleplay and overall souring the experience of the game by alot. I dont know how this person has the Director of VBI Role, but it confuses me,

Hello, I would like to provide my explanation regarding this situation.

At the time of the incident, I was driving to the SBI Headquarters with other state agents. Our department vehicle had glitched, so I used my own civilian car to return to HQ and spawn a new one. While enroute, a patrol car suddenly rammed into my vehicle, and the officers began shouting for me to step out.

Given the circumstances, I genuinely believed this was a joke or an OOC interaction, primarily because one of my friends was among the officers involved, and they often engage in similar playful situations... Additionally, since SBI agents are not typically detained by standard patrol units without proper clearance, I did not interpret the event as a serious in-character roleplay scenario and purely based such situation as officers being "rogue".

As a result, I did not roleplay the situation further, not out of refusal or lack of interest, but because I sincerely believed it was not meant to be taken IC. I understand how, from the other party’s perspective, this could have been misinterpreted as NITRP or FailRP, but that was never my intention..

I take roleplay quality and community standards seriously and acknowledge that I should have clarified the situation OOC before making assumptions. Moving forward, I will ensure better communication to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
