I'm curious and I'm answering for a friend. How does the 13 year old staff application work? You apply and If you pass you may be given a permit or what. I don't get It.

I've never heard of a 13-year-old staff application, and I'm pretty sure they are closed right now. I don't think 13-year-olds can apply for moderator, but don't quote me on that.
