Give us an Incident Description: I was transporting 213dop for a hit and run charge as well as reckless driving. Once I placed him into the back of my car. Once I started driving he began punching while in the backseat causing damage to me. I pulled over and got out to tell him to stop to which he glitched out my vehicle with the punching. He then jumped out of the backseat of my glitched patrol car and began fleeing me while he was in cuffs.
What rules / offences did the player break: Punching while in cuffs and running while in cuffs
How long do you think the player be punished for: Temporary ban of at least a few months
