Welcome to the game! Here's all the /rt radio commands that you can use on your patrol;

/rt 10-8 - Shows you in-service/on-duty

/rt 10-7 - Shows you out-of-service/off-duty

/rt 10-6 - Shows you busy/temp out of service

/rt rts - Shows you back in service after a call/traffic stop

/rt er /rt er2 /rt er3 - Shows you enroute to a call/situation

/rt os - Shows you on-scene of a call

/rt 99 - Calls over radio "Officer Needs Help, Requesting Backup"

/cad (remarks;location) - Creates a MDT/CAD Call for you to edit
