Cop abusing his job

i was at the dealership when this cop wanted to mess with me i then drove away to avoid him he then tried to chase me i then left and once i saw him again he head on rammed me then i spun out and he hopped out and started shooting the second time he hit me head on and my car blew up i then respawned at the dealer ship and saw him pull up also i then stood on his car to get his username and he arrested me
