It all started with me having to pull over a black Chevrolet Tahoe, that was speeding and running red lights. Upon coming to the passengers side, I explained that to the driver and told them to hand me their drivers license and registration. The driver told me that he couldn't afford any tickets, and then again told his friend in the back seat that he can't pay any tickets, in a sarcastic way, indicating that they were about to run off or either jump out and kill me. I pulled out my gun, as I had also realized that they had rifles strapped to their chests (Which is illegal in the fiction state).I requested for backup, and asked the driver and the passenger to get out of the vehicle. The rear passenger stepped out first, and was held at gunpoint by backup, then, the driver got out and got handcuffed by me, and then I handcuffed the passenger too. They then also told me that it wouldn't be open carrying if it was in their vehicle, even after I tried to explain to them multiple times that the guns were clearly visible, and that the guns would have to be secured in a locked container, which they kept denying. They also continuously asked for SBI, which didn't arrive, but then another VHP Officer came. He didn't even bother hearing my story, and just listened to what the males had to say, and then grabbed and cuffed me. He then took my gun off me, and then told me that he was arresting me for Attempted Murder, and for unprofessionalism. Only issue is that he didn't have ANY evidence of any type of attempted murder, and that unprofessionalism would either had to be dealt with by SBI, or he could report me.
