Warning Appeal: While driving I saw an officer who appeared to need help so I pulled over. The suspect drove off, the officer fired round at him. I hopped in my car and responded Code 3. We got him stopped a few blocks down at S+K Gun Store. I had the guy at gun point, and saw his car go a few inches so I fired my rifle assuming he was going to run me over and run again. The cop said it was rdm and called a mod, which makes no sense because he shot at the guy originally. I have been a Cop IRL for the last 5 years IRL so I use what I know there, in game to enhance the experience. So to start the explanation, We have several rules to follow when deciding when to shoot. First is your Deadly Force Triangle - Opportunity Capability and Intent. All three were met. Opportunity - He was there and I was infront of the vehicle on the driver side. Capability - He is in a steel cage and I am not. Intent - Suspect already ran once, was reckless in doing so, and unparked his car and started to roll forward. Now we have our Use of Force Triangle - With the circumstances I had to escalate to Deadly Force to protect my self, and others. And Finally we have the Deadly Force Justifications - He met at a minimum two. Self Defense and Defense of Others. Performing an Apprehension, Arrest, or Preventing Escape. So simply put anyone with half a brain would not agree it was “RDM” And finally, when I was in “:Jail” command, he allowed and ignored another person who walked up and called me a monkey which is a CLEAR roblox TOS Violation for Racisim and is a Violation of Mountain Interactive rules. The whole moderation experience was biased and unjust.
