Said person has been speeding without any lights and or sirens for a very long time which I have witnessed at a time when I was at albany estates, 10 seconds earlier before the clip starts he has recklessly sped into albany estates without any lights and sirens for no reason at all before I was pulling out of the estates myself, he was at first row of housing near the exit when I was getting ready to get to dealership after which I guess he saw me drive and purposely speeded up and tried to ping me when I was pulling out, which I initially didn't think of much and continued to the dealership. And as the clip shows he has followed me into the dealership and cuffed me for the fun of it, without saying anything even after the clip ends afterwards he proceeded to put me into his car.
