In October 30th at aproximately 6 pm i was playing Perris, California. I was in a house with a Wanted suspect, while i was there i saw a man shooting a guy infront of my, so i shot back. When i shot i went there to see if he was still alive when i noticed a CHP offficer in the back of his car uncocious. When i tried to get him he turned back to life and cuffed me while saying that i crashed into him or something like that, after the argument we had i tried to get his discord to show him a clip that i just got there and i wasnt involved on his accident, but he was spawning a car, when he spawned it i tried to get infront to let him see the message wich he reacted accelerating infront of me and on what i saw, he was trying to run me over because he was angry so discharged a single shot in defense, after the shot he kept going until a final stop and then he started shooting me till i got killed.

He took bad decisions like: Cuff rush first of all, then no intention to roleplay as i was trying to get him understand that i wasnt even there when he crashed, FRP and finally RDM as he shot and killed me while i only discharged my weapon once and he pulled out a rifle shooting a lot of times
