What was the context leading up to the incident? basically was patrolling around florence city as FCPD in my explorer, i was then chased down by a black challenger which turned out to be a Undercover SBI agent, in the time he was chasing me down he used his challenger aggresively, trying to ram me and not making himself known whatsoever, i did not intend to interact with the challenger as i assumed it was just trying to copbait/frp so i actively tried avoiding him it, afterwards he used his radio to communicate to me to pull over, which i did and then immediately placed in cuffs.
What specific actions did the offender take?
Rammed into my patrol car, and misuse of his rank, and failure to identify himself, also speeding himself.

Abuse of Power - Rammed me off the road multiple times and also broke speed limits as well, once i stopped i was cuffed and all the agent had in his defence was that he was undercover, Mind you they had a radio to communicate with me.
[1] Player Conduct
Fail RP - Somehow a law enforcement agent, who had a radio didnt think to use it before trying to ram his car into mine in order for me to pull over, also he himself using a unamrked challenger and breaking speed limits.
Powergaming (PG) - In the clip you will see him actively trying to FORCE me to pull over for a unmarked civillian challenger, ramming me repeatedly , and his only point being he is a SBI agent undercover.
Serious Roleplay Standard - you cannot be serious by blaming a officer to pull over for a Civillian Challenger, and afterwards blaming me for evasion and hit and run when he was the one forcing himself onto me.
Lastly,
The SBI is responsible for conducting investigations involving parties such as local law enforcement, business owners, and similar entities. They are not authorized to patrol or stop individuals for traffic violations. Additionally, they are not permitted to take command of a scene and may only observe, unless the involved party has committed a federal offense or a capital crime.
