What was the context leading up to the incident? I was on as a director for VBI. Other VBI agents were there. We were speaking and just making small talk in between calls. Strike point employees were there as well asking us about VBI and making small talk. Then the offender, in a marked VBI vehicle, drove up.
What specific actions did the offender take? After driving up, he told us to get out of the road. We figured he was joking so laughed it off. He got into his car and was about to leave. I stated, "Tf is he gonna do?". This must have angered his small and fragile ego, because he decided to get out and then detain and threaten arrest against me, stating "I'm your director, I can send you off duty." I stated I was a director as well, and he couldn't do that. He then left. Other VBI recommended I arrest him for corruption. He left before we could find him.
