While I was escaping the cells during roleplay, the staff member ZizyBob0720 reset me without justification. I attempted to make a ticket for this issue, but no staff responded. Instead, ZizyBob0720 immediately closed my ticket. Although the evidence does not clearly show the reset, the staff’s action in shutting my ticket without review appears to be an abuse of power and unfair handling of the situation.

Rules Violated:*

• Rule 19 – Abuse of Position / Influence: Using their staff role to override RP and dismiss my ticket.

• Rule 25 – Undermining Staff Decisions: Denying me the ability to properly report an incident.
