I want to do this opposite of this, and persuade people to join and give people a good time in Perris! I believe I have developed a trustable relationship between community members, administrators, and moderators. I want to let people in Perris and Los Angles to have a good time, and not have it ruined by exploiters, or trolls. When I am usually on I see in chat that people are complaining about there being no moderators in game. But if I join my role will come in handy, as I can assist those needed when I other staff are not there to help people . My role as a moderator will be easy for me in the start as I have previous moderation history, meaning I will be used to commands used in game, and I will know most rules in game. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?I have previous moderation history in ERLC, but I have left that behind, I built servers in BGTP, while moderating them. I am used to most commands like the fly, and invisible etc.. It is also handy for me because I am clipping often, and my friend I am with too does it a lot. I will be sure that if I think that I am lacking evidence in a case, I will ask other moderators if it is okay, or ask other people if they had gotten more evidence for me to gather. This makes me comfortable on building cases, and my social skills asking other people about it.Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:I was involved in a small ERLC server which I was an administrator, and one I was a moderator which I have now left. I am a staff in a Mountain Interactive DOT service server currently and that is all.How would you handle a conflict between two community members? If I saw two community members arguing, I would go up to them and try to calm both of them down. I would ask for both their views on what’s happening and ask which rules were broken. I would ask both of them for a clip/evidence of the conflict, then try to resolve it from there. If they continue to argue and if there was no evedince provided,I would ask both of them to void their role play, and continue on playing their game. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team When I had problems with a staff member after killing someone in a shootout, the staff would not help me, I asked another high ranking staff member if their consequences were punishable, but they were not. I then kept telling the staff member that I had not done anything wrong but he continued to argue back to me that I would be getting banned. When another moderator who was on the scene came, he said he had a clip, which resolved me from getting banned. How do you prioritise tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?I tend to choose which tasks are most urgent, and important. I would make a list of them from most important, to least important, and set times on when to do them. I like to put my time forward for others instead of myself, because a lot of those people are having big problems that I need to solve before it gets worse. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?The biggest value of MI staff is responsibility. The staff in MI hold the most responsibility over people in game, like handling people rule breaking. If the staff were not responsible, the staff team would be corrupt. Lots of members getting false bans like I almost did, and not handling situations in game, preventing other community members from having a good time. But it’s also that staff have responsibility over other staff too, because it’s their responsibility to be looking over the community in order for us to have a stable experience in playing. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?I would make moderation seem fun to other people, like when I see other members having a bad time because of other people, I would moderate them if they were going against the rules (only if evidence is provided), persuading the other community members to join moderation in order for us to have a fun game without people to ruin it for others. I would be welcoming, and fair to everyone, especially new members, so they would feel welcome here, and want to be apart of moderation too. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?I wish to up my ranks in Mountain Interactive, possibly going up to senior admin, or admin as I have been here for a while now, and have wondered how cool it would be to be a administrator of a big game. But this also counts to real life as it can benefit jobs and opportunities when older, so you will feel used to it.Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?I feel that in the game Perris California, we need more indoor places as it lacks buildings like Little Caesars, as most civilians tend to hang out there, or at S&K. So more indoor places would persuade people to go out the map more than just hang out in one spot. Thursday at 07:30 PM3 days +1At question 5, I didn’t really see how you solved it, but that’s just me. Anyways, I see a couple of needed improvements in sentence structure and grammar. Other than that, I see this to be a really good application!
