Give us an Incident Description: RDM 1: Was leaving a scene when he came out of nowhere, crashed into a nearby object, then killed me. LTAP: Saw a scene and joined in. Once he was detained he left. RDM 2: Started a traffic stop. Driver ran into a store, when checking the vehicle then proceeding to go after the driver he killed me from the roof of the explosives plant. Note that he did proceed to kill like 5 or 6 other people while on the roof although that is not captured.

What rules / offences did the player break: Multiple counts RDM and one of LTAP

How long do you think the player be punished for: Depends on priors. A week ban or somewhere not far from it.
