Give us an Incident Description:

I was responding to a ongoing pursuit with multiple other units, The suspect vehicle had driven past me and crashed into a HCSD Explorer. I had done a U-Turn with my lights and sirens on to help with the apprehension of the suspect and the vehicle box. During this U-Turn procedure a SBI/VBI vehicle had collided with me. As seen from the video I wasn't able to see the vehicle or hear the sirens as i was facing the other direction. The SBI vehicle had collided with me and I kept going to the suspects vehicle to help with the arrest.

Upon the takedown of the suspect and the arrest the SBI agent had asked who was driving the VHP vehicle(my vehicle).

I answered by saying that it was me, where he told me to go on the sidewalk and asked for my ID. I complied and gave the agent my ID and asked for a reason as to why this is happening. He replied by saying that I had crashed into him during a pursuit by failing to yield.

After he walked away and didn't say anything else to me another pursuit happened right next to the scene where i got into my car and boxed in the other vehicle evading law enforcement. I assisted with the takedown of that suspect and then the SBI agent came up to me and put me in handcuffs and advised me that I am being placed under arrest. He had alleged that I took off from the scene of a car accident making it a hit and run.

I asked for a supervisor which he refused to give. I called in for a supervisor myself over the radio which he would then say that no response is needed. I haven't been read my rights, failed to contact a VHP supervisor which was also on at the time and he failed to identify upon request.

He then would go to the jail, using his lights and sirens to go thru a intersection with a red light and then booked me for "Attempted obstruction of justice","Failure to yield to a emergency vehicle" and "Felony hit and run"
