Not how a felony stop works, premeditated means first degree, which is what is shown in the clip.

Also in the other clip you show yourself nigh on FRPing by crashing into a scene because you did not use discretion while running ELS, which does not give you free reign over the street.

Stop trying to talk all formal like you aint just FRP and RDM someone yourself.

did I FRP? no. did I RDM? depends what the mods decide. he was NITRP and would get banned anyway.

So you basically just said "He NITRP so i just shot him (RDM) instead of just leaving the scene or reporting him to staff causing any further inconvenience..

So killing someone who was in a state of compliance is A-Okay but no, how dare you kill someone for NITRP?

Drive by suspects survive plenty of times.

If they die they either got shot in the return fire or they pulled a gun when they eventually stopped. Your suspect stopped and did not get out to shoot you, which is an act of compliance. You murdered a complying suspect. If you want to get technical I don't see why what you did wouldn't be wallshooting since you exploited the fact that his arm is outside the vehicle, which is not realistic to roleplay.

Hey, I don't mind getting a warn or 1 day ban. This is my first offense. It is not your first offense, and considering both RDM and disappearing mid-detain, you're gonna get a lot more trouble than I will.

First off you came onto my scene I didn't call for no backup so when you cuffed me i said uncuff me if you don't know what's going on or what led to the situation then don't but in and try and play hero. What makes you think im going to let a suspect with high firepower weapons conduct a drive by shooting on a Fed and let him walk away in cuffs 1 i was already on a scene that had nothing to to with the suspect. He just showed up and started Randomly shooting at cops. Then he took off im not going to reason with someone who HAS No intention to RP when i know what his next outcome is going to be. Your suspect had intentions to RP but you two cops didnt want to talk to him.

so you don't have to report people when they FRP/RDM/NITRP but i do?
