Give us an Incident Description: Was assisting a CHP's traffic stop. He told me to release the reported player so I did. Upon release he acted fine then after a shooting took place (Pulled a gun because shooter was open carrying and randomly came onto the scene. I do not have his user). Then reported player pulled a gun and killed me.
What rules / offences did the player break: FRP/RDM, possibly NITRP
How long do you think the player be punished for: Depends on priors. For multiple priors 3 days to a week feels reasonable, if no or little priors 1-3 days seems reasonable as well.
Time of Occurrence: ~9 PM CDT Additional members involved/witnessing: 1x CHP, user unknown.
