I am unsure of who banned me.

What Happened?
I was banned for M-LTAA, I would assume that translates to "Mass LTAA" but I am unsure. I LTAA'd yes but this is my first time besides when I first started not knowing LTAA rules, as well with the guidelines saying LTAA is up to a 10 day Ban not a Permanent Ban.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe I should be unbanned due to this being a first time offense besides the one time that I did when I first started the game of Ventura, not knowing the LTAA rules. I would say yes I did LTAA, but I also had to go in real-life in order to help my dad set something up. After I was done helping my dad I got off for the night, went to bed, went to work and school the next day. I would say the permanent ban is very excessive and I am ready to take a few day or 10 day ban if needed, I would say the Full Permanent ban is highly over excessive as this is my First Offense with a moderation as well. I would also like to point out I had just bought the Founder's Edition VIP a day ago and this would be a waste of money if I cannot get my money's worth. I feel this should be accepted due to this being my first moderation with React Studios as well as a first offense with LTAA, unsure how it became a M-LTAA, I feel I should be given a second chance for the reasons listed above.
