Staff Member Who Banned You: I believe it was pokedigge900 but I'm not sure

What Happened?: Not the entire clip was shown in the report against me, Suspects had a BOLO on them according to an officer on the radio, suspects were armed and dangerous according to the BOLO, thus the need for the lethal weapon. Later when they pulled up, I've been trying to get them out of their vehicle, suspects have not cared about a lethal weapon aimed at them (Improper FearRP btw + OOC talk during an IC situation), when they were attempting to drive off I've shot at their tire. Right as the clip cut off the recording person has attacked me with his fist. He was later cuffed, he tried later evading while in cuffs, and then the server restart hit.

Ban Reason: RDM, PD

Why Should You Be Unbanned?: Reporting person has had a BOLO placed on him, considering him armed and dangerous. I have not violated any RDM rules, as it was a tire shot, as he was attempting to drive away.
