A green Sedan blew past me and a friend of mine whilst we we're on SBI. We began to assist officers with the pursuit. The pursuit didn't last too long as they crashed the vehicle at the Milano Hospital. We hop out our vehicle and begin holding the occupants of the vehicle at gunpoint. Then all of a sudden one male then exits the vehicle I assume he's going to attempt to surrender however I was wrong.
The male that exits the vehicle quickly begins Sprinting away from his vehicle at a rate of speed that is impossible without some sort of exploit. He also begins flying around the area of the stop flying into LEO vehicles that are on the scene. We're unable to Subdue him due to the Immense speed and unpredictability of his movements therefore an officer begins to shoot him with the intent of stopping him this attempt was successful leading in his death.
The male in question doesn't attempt to be revived he just immediately Leaves the server to avoid the arrest this is evident via the notifications at the bottom left of the screen visible in the clip provided.
