• What was the context leading up to the incident? - I was asked by an Police officer to bring him to the PD since his car was flipped. So I talk to him and tried to take him but afterwards a Civilian vehicle hit us with high speed and reckless driving so we both tried to pull him over near to the Florence BLVD. After we had some talk. And I also checked offender was wanted.

• What specific actions did the offender take? - He started a drama and he fail roleplay for changing a team while being Pulled over.

• Were there any other witnesses? If so, please list their usernames. There was a witnessed however I didnt get the sheriffs name.
